We really do think we are different but the important thing is that you, our customers, think this too. It is easy to write that we have excellent service, great products and brilliant relationships with our suppliers. We work very hard to make sure that these words are true and backed up by how we deliver to you. We know that no business is perfect but if we do make a mistake (we hope not very often) we then make sure that we put it right. However good our products are, we need customers to buy them from us and we know that you will only do that if you think that our service always reaches the levels you expect from your supplier.

We think that the difference in good service and excellent service is in how we support our customers beyond the supply of the product. It is a given that if someone places an order they should have that order when they require it, to the best of our capability. We try to add a little more – an explanation of how the cheese is produced, This is what makes us different. We are continually developing our product ranges. We try to understand why a product is not performing by talking to suppliers and customers. New ones are added that we feel will be enjoyed by you. We are constantly looking for innovation in the speciality food market to be sure that we can bring you new products first. If you see something that we haven’t – let us know – we will research and see if we can source it for you – if we feel that it meets the Witches Chase Cheese quality mark.
