The famous “Fortitude Brewing Company” continues the tradition of beer brewing on Tamborine Mountain! Located on the same site and in the same iconic building at the lower roundabout of “Gallery Walk” as the “Witches Chase Cheese Co”.
Fortitude Brewing Company was founded in Brisbane in 2012 by Gerard Connors, Jim O’Connor and Ian Watson with the aim to produce innovative, high quality and consistent craft beer under two brands – Fortitude, a range of session beers, and Noisy Minor, an “extreme” beer range.
